Greetings and salutations! TGIF! Well, it’s been a very busy week for most of us and yes, difficult to believe we are almost through January! Such a wonderful start to the year!

We touched on in an earlier blog, the importance of meditations. Techniques are as diverse as people. I am always one to try out new techniques and if I like them I tuck them away. For myself, I find I use a variety of meditations to suit my mood or need at the time.

Today, we are going to focus on EFT’s.  This technique has been around for some time and some find that it works and others have found it doesn’t vibrate for them. Which is totally fine. Periodically, I will be throwing out these types of tools. To re remind us they exist, and to pull them out of our bag of tricks and try it out for size. I hear all the time, “Oh, I used to do that but not anymore!” I cannot tell you! So I am constantly reminding people to get back to basics.

The concept of this technique is to unclog the energy points in the meridian system of the body to change attitude and physical ailments.

Emotional Freedom Tapping or Technique= EFT The Basic Recipe

Here are a few videos which explain the basic techniques, releasing resistance to change, releasing negative emotions/depression, and a couple of other ones that I just love!

I personally use these techniques when I am feeling very overwhelmed in the emotional bodies. If I am hurt especially, I will use this to help bring me back to a centered point by reminding myself that I love me, accept me and forgive me just as I am now~This little mantra with the tapping will stop the emotional imbalance almost instantly. The video for releasing resistance to change is an excellent one to start with when using this technique. It also is good when you are doing healing work within to allow you to be clear and receptive to the reprogramming.

I do hope you found these interesting and useful. Please send us in your questions! Comments! Suggestions!

Have a blessed day one and all! Until tomorrow! xoxo Namaste
