Greetings and salutations to one and all! I apologize for not posting yesterday, however, things in my 3d got a bit nuts. Yesterday’s energies were very much affecting people with a lot of aggression and agitation. I for one did my meditations yesterday and rode the wave in a place of centeredness. My day started with my son’s entire wardrobe being stolen from the laundry room and it went from there! So what do I do when the going gets tough? Well for one, I do not participate with those who are “not having a good day” for very long. People who are in a mode of complaint or venting can be very draining on a person who is NOT in that mode. They do not realize we actually take energy from one another when we do that unless the person has prepared their fields for the exchange, i.e. putting that person in a purple bubble so that all that is negative is transmuted and returned in gold or another way is to put up a bubble of mirrors around yourself, so that its deflected, transmuted and neutralized. Otherwise people will drain you as they are moving through their moment of frustration. I had someone who was screaming at me just as I was going to bed to rest and I basically hung up on them. I explained to them what their energy was doing and that I would speak to them again when they came back to a place of center. People are going to believe a lot of different things then ourselves. What they think is none of our business. We need only concern ourselves with what our parts are in various interactions throughout the day. How WE choose to view things, how we respond or react to things (the two are very different), is what we need to focus on. If we are so busy telling the world about how this person did this or that to us, then we are A. giving our power away to that person who is probably NOT being affected at that moment what so ever, B. Putting out negative energy which will perpetuate the problem as we see it, C. Setting ourselves up as being the victim/martyr in a given situation which is about power and control or the lack thereof. We need to rise above these types of situations! Step outside of ourselves when we get into that confrontational or self defense mode. What is REALLY bothering us??? What mirror is reflecting back?? Most of the time if we are getting upset about something someone else is doing or has done to us we are not in a higher mode of thinking, we are in a place of emotion, and the fact that we react/respond at all to that person means there is something of ourselves to see. When you are in center, there is only peace and allowance to BE. With the greater understanding that the other party is on their path having their experience. We may have to let that person go for awhile so they can find their way through their situations because it doesn’t involve us. Do not take it personally. Their story is not our own. We choose to react or respond at any given moment, or NOT react or respond and simply Be. This is so much easier to write then to actually apply. As most of us have been programmed to judge others or ourselves. It is not about right or wrong, its about the experience and what you have gained from that. What is the lesson to be had, what was the effect of our choices all the way around, the effect of the other person’s choices and how we responded to that, and finally the letting go and allowing things to happen as they should…perfectly. See what gift the challenge has brought to you…did you learn what NOT to do again? Did you gain a deeper understanding and empathy for a particular person or situation? There is ALWAYS¬† a gift! This is why we say be thankful, even in the moments of despair for all lessons and experiences are growth in some form. Relationships accelerate the number of experiences through interaction. We are either in a situation to 1. Reciever, 2. Catalyst, 3. Observer and in some cases 4. To help or be the example. We cannot change how other people see things, react, act none of it! We can influence or persuade but cannot change them. In these days of endings and beginnings, as the magnetics continue to fluxuate, we are going to see more extremes of people’s behaviors in not such a positive light in some cases. This is one of the reasons it is important that we get back to our own self preservation techniques. Meditation is one of the best tools that you can use to do just that! Keep your sanity in the midst of chaos!

How do we begin to stay in the heart? Meditation is the first key thing. HOW you meditate, is strictly up to you! The idea is to come to your center place and come out of the chaos so you can hear your guidance and inner knowing. This is where we find our peace, our happiness, our tranquility. This is where we can RESPOND and not REACT to things around us. Some people do this through daily chanting, others through music and artwork, still others through audio tapes or simply being quiet and praying…there are so many styles, methods and choices out there, go with what you feel works for you! The whole key no matter what style you choose is in the BREATH. How you breath and focus on the breathing is a key factor in achieving the state of Love and Being. This is why when we are stressed you hear people say “Take a deep breath and count to 10!”, breathing is not only key for our continuing to live physically, it is also how we live spiritually. It is the crystalline particles and the symbionic life forms which we cannot see which allow the physical form to know what to do and the spiritual form fed until we activate our own Merkabah Light Bodies. Crystalline is what “breathtarians” live off of, and yes it is possible to train the body to live on just this energy. So, from a friend of mine who is a Hindi Guru, he taught me to put the tongue to the roof of the mouth when i am breathing, he also suggests for balance to plug one nostril at a time and repeat the breathing processes, he also suggested that i cup the hands near the chakras i wish to focus on in healing myself.¬† That was one tip, the other tip which I teach my students is to envision a white of some kind, white out snow storm or a movie theater screen from the front row, the object is to see white. This technique helps to quiet the mental/ego chatter we hear, and allows us to focus on our lungs and breathing. What do your lungs sound like and are you breathing from the diaphram or from your shoulders? *A great way to teach kids about this is to have them put a book or stuffed animal on their tummy and breath and make it move up and down then they learn what it feels like to breath from the diaphram! So listen to your own breath. Focus on that for a few moments. Allow your body to relax and release as you breath. From the athletic training I have had over the years, I learned to breath in through the nose and exhale from the mouth. This same technique I applied to my meditation. When I breath in, I see the crystalline entering the lungs and permeating the heart chakra and all systems in the body down to a molecular level. I run that Light throughout my body and see the negative stuff and residuals from other people’s stuff I may have picked up along the way and I see it vibrate out and detach from the cells, see healing from my body and throat chakra and wash it with loving green and gold then exhale all the negative with instructions to dispose of toxic stuff through normal excretion processes of the body. There are some other things that I do if necessary but for the most part this is how I start to meditate. The concept of meditation is to bridge the right and the left hemispheres and we can only achieve this through practice.

So remember to breath, take a deep breath and allow the chaos to be outside of you. You are an example of how to achieve the peace and harmonic states. Have a blessed day one and all! Thank you for stopping by!
